Executive Director responsible for the HRK Financial Markets and HRK Quant & Data Science teams. She manages a team of consultants specializing in recruitment in the financial services sector. She is also responsible for handling managerial projects and Executive Search for clients from the banking and insurance industries.
For 15 years associated with the recruitment and HR market. Initially, she recruited regional salespeople for banking at Citibank Handlowy, Deutsche Bank and Raiffeisen Bank. Since 2012, at HRK, Aneta has been supporting clients operating on financial markets in building effective product, sales, marketing and data science teams.
A graduate of the Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego in Warsaw.
