As an HRK Partner, Wojciech is responsible for the development of the HRK Finance, Human Resources & Administration and SSC/BPO teams. He runs projects in the high-tech, FMCG, service, pharmaceutical, e-commerce and retail industries.
Since 2022, under the IT Lumier brand, he has been developing IT Contracting services on European markets.
Wojciech has been involved in the recruitment field for over 13 years. He has experience in recruiting management staff within specializations such as: financial management, controlling, accounting, taxes and human resources management. He has successfully completed over 150 projects for expert and managerial positions, as well as at the Executive Search level. He cooperated with international corporations and companies from the Polish market.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in the field of Human Resources conducted by the Kozminsky University in Warsaw.
