Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and progress of the Customer Service process;
 - Oversee local Customer Service reporting;
 - Manage the identification and resolution of risks and issues related to the Customer Service process;
 - 
		Implement the post-sales process in terms of:
- Verification of documents and signed contracts
 - Transmission of data to the local BPO (business process outsourcer)
 
 - Execution of the customer service process in a given country: email and telephone communication
 - 
		Working with a local BPO to support billing processes in the energy customer area:
- Change of supplier;
 - Billing;
 - Debt collection;
 - Customer service – complaints and inquiries;
 - Preparation of documents for audit;
 
 
Our expectations:
- Min. one year of experience in process service management: vendor switching, billing, collection, customer service in an energy trading company or other company operating in the energy market in Germany;
 - Min. one year experience in managing services provided by an external service provider (BPO -Business Process Outsourcer)
 - Knowledge of MS Project / Excel / Word and PowerPoint;
 - Proactive approach to problem solving
 - Good English skills (written and spoken)
 - Well-developed interpersonal skills
 - Dynamic and creative approach to achieving the set goals
