We are seeking a talented and results-driven GROUP BRAND / CATEGORY MANAGER to lead their marketing initiatives, ensuring the global message resonates seamlessly at the local level.
You will be at the forefront of our marketing endeavors, translating global communication into locally relevant campaigns. Your focus will be on driving business growth through a holistic marketing strategy encompassing:
- Develop and execute compelling advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft impactful TV, radio, and print advertisements.
- Implement targeted promotions, partnerships, and events to engage with our local customer base.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize BTL activities and enhance customer loyalty.
- Spearhead digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, and social media to maximize brand reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute events that align with our brand values and resonate with the local audience.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Brand / Group Brand Manager in the consumer goods industry, ideally in the global company.
- Experience in managing a team (JBM/BM).
- Strong understanding of global marketing trends and the ability to localize strategies.
- Demonstrated success in implementing ATL, BTL, digital, and event marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
