On behalf of a global manufacturing company, employing over 1,000 employees in Poland, we are looking for a competent and dedicated person for the position:
Main responsibilities:

Managing payroll

Handling employee records

Coordinating HR administrative processes

Maintaining accurate documentation

Ensuring compliance with regulations

Providing a high level of service to employees
Key requirements:

Several years of experience in HR administration

Strong knowledge of Polish personnel and payroll procedures

Excellent organizational abilities.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English
